Sealing with Pneumatic System
Independent pressure control per head with digital adjustment from the main screen.
Motorized Teflon
Motorized system that controls the movement of the Teflon, preventing it from sealing in the same spot every time.
Air Cooling System
Air Blowing device to accelerate the cooling of the seal.
Data Storage
Central console with data storage for up to 30 projects.
Tension Control
Proportional valve for more precise pressure control with data storage in the PLC.
Additional Roller
Equipped with an additional traction roller to improve the tension in the transversal sealing area.
Head Opening
Allows maintaining a 100mm distance between heads to avoid damage to the material.

It is capable of producing a wide range of high-quality products. Available in 600 mm (optional 800 mm). Based on the chosen configuration, the following types of bags can be produced:
Versatility
The pouch production machine allows working with all laminated materials based on PP or PE, both printed and neutral. Seals can be made in four different stages to ensure superior quality and high mechanical resistance.
